Scam sellers eBay refuses to stop, why??

There are sellers that are obviously scammers. They list $6,000 cameras for $2,000 or less and they're accounts were opened yesterday. The scammers that offer cameras for thousands less BUT have an image of going to an url with a store front. I've sent in so many reports, now I'm just stopping. I understand eBay has thousands of postings daily but can't they flag new accounts with first time items that are listed for thousands or images that are an image of instructions how to buy off the eBay site. Now I'll just ignore the listings and stop reporting. It's so obvious and it's daily. Does eBay benefit somehow from scammers selling on eBay? With their guarantee, doesn't it cost eBay money to refund all the victims of the scams? Why do they consistently let scammers list expensive items?

Mentor4 months ago@combomambo There is a report option on the listings. Select the ? mark on the lower right and then report as offering to buy or sell off of eBay.
If you private message me some of the item numbers I can report them too.

OP4 months agoYes, I've been reporting the listings and have so for months. That's what I'm saying, I'm always reporting and reporting so many listings, it's ridiculous how many pop up every day. Then I'll get an email from eBay no reply that there is no violation?? So why do I bother reporting obvious scammers when eBay's customer service reps refuse to see the obvious.
