Scam seller
What can I do the seller sold me fake shoes and now has agreed to refund me but is failing to send me the return label and is getting upset as if it was my fault. When going to get help from eBay it is saying that I have to return the product which I have no problem with but I can’t do it because the seller has told eBay false information about providing me with a return label. The seller is not responding anymore. I do not wish to keep shoes that were falsely advertised. How can I ask eBay to step in. I do not see that option yet

After 3 business days from the date you filed the Return Request, do the following:

Mentor1 year agoIf you select Not as Described for the reason for the return, the seller has to accept it, and part of that process is to have ebay send you a link to print out a shipping label. The seller has to respond within 3 days. You print out the label, affix it to the package, and have the clerk at the carrier scan the label. Once tracking shows Delivered, the seller has 2 days to refund you. If no refund, you go back to the return and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund. If the seller does not respond within the 3 days, you go back to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
