Scam sale - how do i resolve it?

I bought an item and the seller used a false name and undeliverable address attached to the tracking number to make it look like it was on its way, but now it is being returned. USPS told me my name and address is not on the item. How do i get my money back?

If the tracking number does not result in a successful delivery, you may be able to win a standard "item not received" case with eBay.
