What can we do about an item we sold that was not damaged that the buyer scam claims is d managed, eBay is only giving me the option of refunding this person and sending me back and item SHE damaged. How is that right?

Mentor3 years agoeBay does not know what condition the item was in when you sent it or when the buyer received it. Perhaps it was damaged in transit.
If the buyer claims the item was "not as described", eBay will side with the buyer.
