Scam question
I just received notification to ship items that were sold. Problem is, it's not items I listed. It's similar to items I have listed before but, the photos are not mine and neither are the items. I can't just cancel the order because eBay will issue a refund to the buyer. This is clearly a SCAM! And, can't contact anyone at eBay except for the chat assistant, which is very limited. Could anyone please advise me on what to do here?
