If it's too good to be true, it probably is.
I won't buy from such sellers as the probability of a scam is very high.

However, you will be out your money for several weeks, and depending on the tricks the 'seller' is running it may take quite a bit of effort to get your money back.
Buy from an experienced seller with good feedback.
