Scam or Not?

I sold an item and buyer has paid. When I look at the address, it's a warehouse in Wilmington, DE. The buyer has not information other than she is from a foreign country. When I google the address, it seems that this same warehouse address has caused numerous questions regarding scams. Has anyone had this experience or can tell me if these are legit intermediary addresses that then ship items overseas?

When I google the address, it seems that this same warehouse address has caused numerous questions regarding scams. Freight forwarders are used by many legitimate users and some scammers. But only the interactions with scammers result in posts that can be found by searching the address, since no one publicizes an address when a transaction goes smoothly. So there is no way to tell what percentage of transactions are involved in those scams by looking just at the numbers of complaints.

Yes that is freight forwarder address it is use by overseas customers Delaware is is used because there is no sales tax. Scammers and good buyers alike use these address the same as they use the Post office.

If the buyer has paid you can ship to that address you are only responsible to get it that far then the freight forwarder takes over.
