Is this a scam?

I want to use the eBay services for the safety of both of us and delivery. The financial part will be managed by them, which means that you will have a 5 days inspection period before committing to buy it. Using eBay Motors, we are both 100% covered during the steps of this transaction, so if you're interested in purchasing the atv just reply me your full name, full address and phone number, so I can tell eBay Motors that you are selected as my buyer and they will contact you with the next steps of the transaction.

@mccoon1 If you saw the listing on another site and they said "eBay will handle the sale" it's a SCAM.

Please report the listing to the site that you found it on.

eBay has NOTHING to do with vehicle sales on another site.
Always pay for vehicles in person with cash or bank transfer after you have inspected the vehicle carefully.
