Scam or Legit
I am talking to someone that is a new seller to ebay. They said they received a QR code and prepaid shipping for $86.00 from ebay. All they have to do is take the product they are selling to USPS. They have received no money for the item yet. Is this something new that ebay is doing or is this a scam?

It is a SCAM.
Many new Sellers are receiving emails from scammers with a QR code. There is a Report feature in eBay messaging. Please advise this Seller to report that message so that scammer can be removed from the platform.
