scam on ebay
Seller takes order then sends a package worth a dollar while they collect payment for full value of your purchase using the tracking number that they gave to track your order. Then they send dollar package by usps for item to show as delivered. When u submit claim ebay does not review the weight of the delivered item instead they close yr case. I will no longer use eBay unless they step up to a real review and use a live person that can help. Bot phone call and chat is worthless and so not customer friendly.

·3 years agoWhat kind of case did you open, Item Not Received or Not as Described?
If you did an INR, then yes, you'll loose the case.
Go to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
