It is not a software, it is nothing more than a PDF document downloaded on it, an scam, anyone can visit the work in question on any website where it appears and get it by downloading it to the PC.
Nothing is made clear about it in the description. After telling the seller, he falsely claims that it is not so, that it is indeed exposed in the description -- you will see for yourself ...

"All books are PDF format that you know and trust, for easy reading and printing. No unknown or strange file formats!"
