scam lol
So i had seen a car on facebook marketplace and i was interested so i texted the sellers and they had told me to email their sister for more info, which i did. i had gotten the invoice and it had said it pay in gift cards, and so i did 🥲 i didn’t know this was a scam until i had come across ebay comments and now i don’t know what i’m supposed to do or how i’m supposed to get my money back, someone please help me !

The invoice was fake. Designed to steal gift cards.
eBay doesn't handle sales for an item on a non eBay site.
They do not handle payments on vehicles.
They don't ship vehicles.
They don't have an inspection period. Vehicles can't be returned.
I don't have a clue what you bought but I can guarantee it was priced thousands below the average selling price to reel you in.
Shipping is not free because it costs hundreds of dollars to ship a vehicle.
Question I'd like to ask you is would you pay a shipping carrier to ship a car to someone you don't know and you let them drive it a week before getting paid? Heck no you wouldn't do that. Neither would anyone else.
