scam item for sale
how do i get in contact with ebay customer support? i bought an item that never arrived and i put in for a refund from seller but they no longer have an account and I dont know what to do now because i cant get ahold of ebay

Did you open an Item Not Received Case? or did you request to return the item?
If you opened an Item not received Case and there is no tracking on the order, you'll be able to go to the case and ask eBay to Step in on the 4th day.
eBay will then issue your refund.
