Scam from seller
So I bought some thing on here. Seller privately messaged me not sent on back order just give them time and dont report them. The ebay sends me .message as it is suspicious. How do I contact person. Do I have to call my bank?

No need to contact your bank or eBay at this point. If you paid for something and do not receive it by the estimated delivery date below is what we share with Buyers in that instance. You do NOT have to be in contact with the Seller through this process:
Really sorry that happened ... the date you want to keep an eye on is the original estimated delivery date. One day past that is when you can process a claim.
You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the latest estimated delivery date: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
You can file a claim via the item in your Purchase History that you did not receive your item one day past the original estimated delivery date and up to 30 days after
that. Follow the steps in the claim and they will lead to an eventual refund.
