Scam - Delivered to wrong address and person

Question

I need help with a scam. The seller sent something through fedex - it shows as delivered but was not delivered. Fedex confirmed that the tracking number I have went to a different person at a different address. It is impossible to talk to a real person at ebay. What do I need to do to get my money back?

Take the tracking number down to your local carrier's office and have them check their GPS for where the package was delivered. If it was NOT addressed to you and your address, have the clerk state that on their letterhead. They don't need to state the name/address attached to the tracking number, just that it was not addressed to YOU.

Explain that the seller is using fake tracking numbers

Include these phrases:

Seller uploaded tracking not associated with my transaction

Tracking details were not accurate

Seller use a false tracking number

Don't write a novel, it's initially being read by a computer, that's why I want you to use those 3 specific phrases in the message.
