Scam company?
Rivaxikaiwl - is this a scam company? I have ordered twice from this company and have only received a "Thank you card", with the tracking number for my purchase a few days before the item was supposed to arrive, then never got my package? Then I had to go through the return process for a missing item that never arrived.

Mentor3 years agoIf the thank you card has the tracking number for your order you will lose an "item not received" case with eBay.
You need to file a "not as described" case, since what you received -- a card -- did not match what you ordered.
You can avoid a lot of headaches by choosing only to do business with sellers that have a demonstrated track record of delivering what was advertised and by avoiding sellers that are registered in one location but that claim to ship from another location entirely. You can learn a lot about an account by viewing the seller's feedback page carefully.
Your seller is fairly new and is registered in China. The feedback comments are positive, but there are indications of shipping delays consistent with a seller that is drop-shipping.
