scam cancel request
I accepted a purchase and then the buyer immediately requested that I cancel. Now eBay says I need to add payment information in order to refund the purchase, which has not shipped, AND I HAVE NOT BEEN PAID FOR. This seems like a scam. What is happening??? The chatbot is no help and I can't get a hold of a REAL HUMAN. Thanks.
