Scam by buyer and no way to report them.
The buyer first wanted to return the item before he received it because he purchased one cheaper elsewhere but now says our item is damaged. He wants to make the return outside of eBay and is not providing a picture of the damaged item. The buyer wants me to send his refund in the form of a cashier's check. I saw the item he purchased listed on eBay, listed as damaged.

Mentor2 years agoTell the buyer to return the item through eBay for a refund, and do not go outside of eBay. If the buyer follows through with the return through eBay, refund the buyer. If the buyer abuses the return process or returns something else, refund and report the buyer.
