Scam buyer
I have an item for sale with the option to make an offer. I received an offer that was unacceptable and I responded thusly. However then I received notice that the item has been paid for at that unacceptable price. I do I go about disputing this obvious scam by someone who knows how to work the system? I am a novice at selling items. I need help. I have not accepted the payment nor will I ship the item.
