Scam and NO HELP!
A recent order was placed on EBAY for my husbands birthday! I didn't receive the item, got no response from the seller and EBAY has been of no help in resolving this issue. Here is my order confirmation and the sellers info! BUYERS BEWARE!!!

Mentor2 years agoWhen it's past the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History, you have up to 30 days to use the option next to the transaction to open a case for an item not received. The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery or refund. If he doesn't, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.

OP2 years agoThe problem is: I got an email confirming my order, marked paid, however EBAY has no purchase histrory for me.

Mentor2 years agoIt sounds like you made the purchase as a guest instead of using your account.
