SCAM? and if so How and What
I had an EVGA card listed for 75.00. I was contacted by someone about the Part Number and replied.
They then did a BUY IT NOW for 150.00 which I accrepted.
In my payments history I found two payments for the item that totaled 20.28.
I contacted the buyer of my concerns and haven't heard back.
Where and how do I report this, seeming SCAM.
