SCAM ALERT: Buyers Falsely Claiming They Received The Wrong Item
Twice now in the last 5 months, 2 buyers have claimed I sent the wrong item to them. They claim I sent them something similar but not the actual item. They even send me a picture of what they claim I have sent. In both cases, I checked their feedback to see if they shopped with another vendor who sells the same, or similar, as me. In both cases I was able to see that the buyers where left feedback from vendors who did in fact sell the same items as me.
Although I cannot see what exactly they purchased I am able to see those vendors are selling the same as me (both vendors are from China).
My theory is that the buyers made the purchase from another, yet claim I was the one that sent the items to them. Then those buyers demand I send them another. I keep telling those buyers "How can I ship something that I do not have?"
THIS IS A NEW SCAM HAPPENING ON EBAY. SELLERS BEWARE AS EBAY WILL NOT HELP YOU!
eBay yet again, does not stand in the corner of the sellers. Very disappointed.
User from Puerto Rico is the latest scammer. Avoid selling to him.
