this scammer intentionally sends empty boxes to the wrong address in the same town so tracking show delivered ... it is so strange that ebay allows and facilitates this scammer to scam people over and over and over again ... ebay is obviously completely helpless to prevent this scam and at the same time facilitates the scam by blaming the buyer !!! then they abandon the account and create a new account and do the same thing over and over !! ebay's weak ignorance in software security measures continues to allow this to happen every day .

Mentor3 years agoIf you receive something other than what you ordered, eBay has a procedure to get your money back by returning what you received at the seller's expense.

OP3 years agoeven after providing proof from the carrier usps that the item was delivered to the wrong address, ebay still blames the buyer by requiring a signed doc with i.d. confirmation in order to get a refund as the scammer still gets paid and the scammer is facilitated by ebay to scam and scam again as the same listings continue to be posted on ebay from Fremont, OH
