Question

I made a purchase on July 27, and on August 8, it showed as delivered to my international forwarding address. I contacted the seller, who told me I needed to contact USPS myself; I did so, but USPS informed me that the address I had provided to the seller did not match the one on the shipping label. The seller refuses to take responsibility because the shipment shows as delivered. I have tried to contact eBay through every possible channel without success, and the seller refuses to help.

Once the item is confirmed delivered to a forwarder the seller has no further control over it or responsibility. You need to take this up with the forwarder.
