Real car listings on ebay.com are paid for in person or using Caramel secure checkout.
If you actually did make the purchase from a listing you found on ebay.com please let me know as you may have buyer protection.
It sounds like you may have found the car on another site like Facebook and the "seller " said ebay was handling the sale.
If you saw the vehicle listing on another site and they said "eBay will handle the sale" it's a SCAM.
eBay has NOTHING to do with sales on another site.
Always pay for vehicles in person with cash or bank transfer after you have inspected the vehicle carefully.
