You ship to the address on file when the Buyer paid NOT any address they messaged to you. If you ship to a different address you will lose your protection. When you print your labels through eBay you get a discount and tracking automatically uploaded to the sold item for your protection fi the Buyer says they did not get it.
If you want to cancel the transaction the first thing you do is use the Report Buyer link on the sold item. The Buyer is asking for something that was not included in the original listing. Next you cancel using the reason Problem with address.
You are a new Seller and a target for scammers since you sold a high value item. You need to gain expereince selling lower priced items. As a new Seller your funds will be on hold for up to 30 days: Payments on hold | eBay
You are required to ship it to the name & address provided to you by Ebay in order to be protected as a seller. Do NOT ship it elsewhere!
Are you sure the message came from the actual buyer that purchased your item? Do the usernames match?
If the message DID actually come from your buyer, you can suggest that they request a cancellation. If they do request the cancellation, you can cancel the transaction and relist then the buyer can repurchase the item using the correct shipping address.

Do NOT communicate with the non-buyer, they are trying to SCAM you. Report the message to Ebay by clicking on the 3 dots at the top of the message. Add them to your Blocked Buyer List:
