Hello guys does anyone know where I can report a scam on ebay to someone who actually takes action? Last month 12/2025 I Purchased a set of 3pc Bluepoint sockets from seller abdcep-0 and never received anything, no tracking number, no sockets, no response from him, no refund, no nothing! A few days after I paid for them her then proceeded to list them up for sale on another different listing of his which is up right now.

Really sorry that happened ... the date you want to keep an eye on is the original estimated delivery date. One day past that is when you can process a claim.
You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the latest estimated delivery date: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
You can file a claim via the item in your Purchase History that you did not receive your item one day past the original estimated delivery date and up to 30 days after that. Follow the steps in the claim and they will lead to an eventual refund.

If you can't get a refund through eBay ou will have to file a dispute with your funding source, PayPal, credit card, etc.
