Is it normal to order a Tesla fog lamp and get it and its a Chinese fake, then when you try to return it, they want $300 shipping and your vin# And then you return it in time, they say it wasnt returned in time and no refund?

Mentor3 years agoNormally if an item is not as described, the buyer files a "not as described" case with eBay. At that point the seller either provides a prepaid shipping label or pays for shipping. The buyer ships the item back at the seller's expense. When shipping shows delivery, the seller refunds the buyer.
If the seller does not cooperate or refund, the buyer can ask eBay to step in and force a refund in three business days.
