Scam?
Hello,
I recently sold an item, and the buyer contacted me on the eBay app. They asked to contact them by phone for an examination of the product. Is this a scammer?

Yes, it is the beginnings of a SCAM. There is no reason why a buyer would need a seller to contact them by phone.
