User is claiming they didn’t receive item from October 2024? Depute with theit Credit Card company. In turn eBay is going to charge me $279. I have no record of shipping. I didn’t hang on to receipt for 7 months. Is there a way I can get the tracking #?

·1 year agoIf you entered the tracking number on the order on eBay (which you should always do), it would be available on your Paid and Shipped orders page. That said, I don't think you'll be able to view the tracking after that long.
That's a long time after the order for the buyer to be able to open a chargeback, sorry that this is happening! If you can obtain proof of delivery, those are usually winnable cases, but without it I doubt you'd win the chargeback/dispute.

it won’t let me go back that far. I messaged the buyer for the tracking # and he disabled messages. Is that enough proof?
