Mentor2 years ago@bopper344 Sorry that you had a bad a seller. Did the seller mail the cards to you? If yes then file a return request using doesn't match pictures or description as the reason.

HOWEVER if the seller emailed you the codes ( which they are not supposed to do) then they will NOT have tracking to prove delivery so you should file a NOT RECEIVED refund request since you don't have anything to mail back.
