What can you do if you purchased a $180 faucet and the seller clearly scammed you and sent a BIC .25 cent ball point pen in the mail?

·2 years agoYou must return the wrong item. File a return choosing not as described, received wrong item. The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and provide a return label. If they don't then go back to the case and ask eBay for help. Let them know the seller is responsible for the return label and they haven't sent one or they're unable to. Ask eBay for the refund.
