Do you mean you paid for an item with eBay Gift Cards and you want to cancel them so the Seller cannot use them?!? If there is a phone number on the back try calling it and seeing if you can cancel them ... however, the Seller may have already acquired the funds from them by using the to purchase something.

Report the seller wherever it was that you found them (Facebook? CL?)
You were not buying from an eBay seller.
This was a crook, hiding behind a computer screen.
