Mentor2 years agoIf the vehicle was listed on any site other than eBay then this is a common scam. Only items actually listed on eBay are real. When you see a vehicle listed on other than eBay and the seller says that the purchase will go through eBay you need to walk away from this as it is a scam.

Please read my two links about staying safe buying a car. And remember eBay has NOTHING to do with sales on other sites, those are scams.

If you saw an item on another site and they sent you and email from eBay>>
SCAM! eBay has nothing to do with sales on other sites.
Report the listing to the site you found it on.
