Says my order doesn’t exist

Question

I ordered a shirt but it now doesn’t show in purchases. It says seller cannot be found. I have a confirmation email and order number. What do I do?

@cathsei-37 ,Did you buy an item as a guest? If you did, guest purchases do not show up on your purchase history. You did receive an Order Confirmation email, sent to the email account you registered with ebay. There's a link in it to use if you haven't received the item, or it wasn't as described.
