Mentor2 years agoYou are not responsible once the tracking shows delivered. Respond to the request with the tracking # and the claim will close in your favor.
If you used the eBay standard envelope, you are covered up to $20 on a single card. You can refund your buyer, then file a claim to be reimbursed, when there is no delivery on the tracking. See protection here -
