Saving Package Details

Question

When entering package details (size, weight), the numbers will not save even after I press "SAVE". It defaults to the estimated package details, which are incorrect. How can I enter my package details and make them stick?

Are you using the advanced listing tool in seller hub?

To access Seller Hub:

1. Go to https://www.ebay.com/sh/landing

2. Click Start Using Seller Hub

3. To create a new listing click on the blue create listing button on the upper right of the Overview page.

You need to Toggle off auto fill on in the shipping options section.
