Mentor10 months agoHi. I'm sorry you're having issues receiving Saved Search emails.
Step 1: Check Spam or Promotions Folders
Sometimes eBay’s saved search emails are automatically filtered into your Spam or Promotions tab (especially in Gmail). This can happen when the email server does an update.
Open those folders and look for any messages from eBay.
If you find one, move it back to your inbox and mark it as Not spam or Move to Primary so future alerts arrive correctly.
Step 2: Re-save or Refresh Your Searches
If your searches look fine but alerts still aren’t coming, the saved search itself may have stopped triggering.
To fix it:
Go to one of your saved searches.
Click the heart icon to un-save it.
Run the same search again and click Save this search.
Be sure Email me new listings is turned on.
You should begin receiving notifications again within a day or two once matching items are listed. Here is the eBay page on Saved Searches
