saved search does not honor exact words exact order
When I try to save an advanced search that's set for Exact Words, Exact Order, it does not. It seems to save it as All the words, any order, which brings me useless mismatches daily until I delete the search.
Any tips on getting the saved search set up the way I want?

Mentor2 years agoIf you want exact words in exact order, enclose your keywords in quotes when searching.
If that is not working, what are you searching for?

Yes, I believe you are correct. That appears to be happening now that I try it.
A search performed using the Advanced Search page using "exact words, exact order" did seem to provide the correct results, but the quotes that normally show in the search field do not appear as they have done in the past. So the Advanced Search page may be performing the correct search initially, but then may be saving the incorrect (more general) search instead.
If the problem is specifically with saving an Advanced Search-page search, performing a regular (non-Advanced Search page) search using quotes may work better as a saved search.
