Samsung Soundbar # HW-Q600b/with Sub.
This is a great soundbar for the price, At least that's what I thought ! According to Samsung this model ,and a couple others,all need a software update if you want to have the volume work , No sound ! Off to get a thumb drive. If that doesn't work I guess I will have to return as defective. That's really to bad.
