Samsung S24+ advertised as UNLOCKED but is actually an AT&T LOCKED phone

Purchased a Samsung S24+ that was advertised as an unlocked phone but is actually an AT&T locked phone. Left a few messages with the seller via the eBay messaging system, haven't heard back from them as of yet. They are closed Sat/Sun so will call them during the week regarding the issue. The question is, is it possible for the seller to actually get the phone unlocked while still in my possession or will the phone need to be sent back to the seller? @dlvaz1 It's hard to say if the seller will/ can be able to unlock the phone from AT&T. Some sellers sadly think that unlocked means that they don't have the phone locked with a pin number.

You may have to return it for a full refund. The seller pays return shipping.

The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request for most categories AND 3 days for Trading Cards.

Don't let the seller stall you out of your 30 days MBG.
