Samsung Galaxy 23 ultra
I purchased a brand new never opened Samsung 23 ultra and I've had it for a few months and I'm just realizing that some of the apps do not work. After talking to Samsung they determined the phone is not from the United States and is not coded to do so. What responsibility does the seller have incorrecting this problem. It did not specify in the description that the phone was from a different country.
