Same Item sold to two buyer
The item sold to two different buyers. I shipped to the first one and the next day eBay shows that it sold again. How can I contact eBay for a correction. The help section does not allow me to submit this problem to eBay.

It shows you sold 2, and have 1 available for sale. I then scrolled down to the description, and you started off by saying you have 3 scopes available. I suspect that you input "3" for the quantity and not "1" since you only have one item for sale.
You will need to file a Cancellation on the second sale for Out of Stock. That will refund the buyer, and a defect will be recorded on your account. You also need to END the current listing since you do not have another to sell.
