Same buyer, two items
When a buyer purchases two separate items from my store, how come I can't just use one shipping label for both? Why must the buyer pay 2 separate shipping costs AND we pay for 2 separate labels when it's going to the same place?

Mentor2 years agoYou can combine the items into a single shipment and refund part of the shipping, as long as the buyer ID is the same on both purchases. After clicking purchase label on one items, click ‘buy labels in bulk’ in the upper right. Then select combine purchases for buyer. Enter the new combined weight and purchase your label.
To send the buyer a refund, select send refund from the pull down menu next to one of the items in your list of sold orders.
If you have immediate payment, required, you can remove that when you list. You may also be able to allow your buyers to make an offer without setting up payment with the offer - then you can send an invoice for combined purchases. Some buyers may still have to pay item by item if they have any unpaid transactions. Make the change here under buyer payments. https://www.ebay.com/bmgt/buyerrequirements
