Same buyer - different addresses
Hi Mentors, Had a buyer purchase two different items. Same name & the same eBay handle. However, two different "ship to" addresses. Proceed as usual and ship to each address? Seems a bit strange. Messaged the buyer to verify - but "No Joy." Thank You So Much For Any Input. Be Well!

As long as the orders were paid you ship each to the address on the order.
There can be multiple reasons why a buyer would purchase with different ship to addresses. One for them and a gift for a friend, gifts for 2 friends, they had the eBay account to purchase for others, or the seller is using you as a drop shipper for the item they listed on another site (happened to me).

OP1 month agoOur buyer finally messaged us back & it looks like he simply made a mistake. We cancelled the sale that had the wrong address. Then we relisted that item & had our buyer re-buy using the correct address. This way we were able to combine shipping for him & save him a few dollars. Hoping that we handled this situation correctly. Thank You for the input...........
