Hi, recently I sold 2 items with the same address, My question is if it is possible for me to use one shipping label for both these packages. The buyer has already paid the price for two shipping labels.

If the buyer ID is the same, you can use bulk shipping to create a single label.

If the buyer used multiple IDs, which can happen especially if he is buying as a guest, then you can not combine the shipping.

If you do combine the shipping, it is nice to send the buyer a little refund on the shipping. Go to your list of sold orders and select 'send refund' next to one of those orders.
