Sales tax wasnt refunded
Hello ebay community. I returned an item to a seller and i was only refunded the price of the item plus shipping. Not the sales tax. Which is $50.38. I have contacted the seller and they don't seem to know why, on their end the message they got from eBay on the return says the full amount was refunded. My message says $650, theirs says 700.38.
They say I should contact ebay...and I can't even find an option to do so, nor a phone number. What gives? What do I need to do?
