Sales Tax Refund
I returned an item using the eBay portal. The seller did not refund the sale tax. Does eBay refund the sales tax or does the seller since I used PayPal to complete the transaction?

If sales tax was collected ... it was eBay that did it. eBay generally refunds sales tax within a few days of the seller releasing a refund. [eBay sellers have no access to the sales tax that is collected from buyers.]
