Sales Tax on tax exempt items, i reside in Texas.
Ebay has charged me sales tax 29 items Texas does not require sales tax on coins and bullion. Is the tax ebay is collecting from the state the seller lives in ? Arizona is also exempt and I was charged tax. An item from Florida had over $13 in tax, and I believe they are exempt as well. How can we recover money we shouldn't have had to pay ?
