Sales tax on rare coins in ohio ?
I'm still being charged sales tax for the purchase of Morgan silver dollars and live in Ohio which is tax exempt for these as far as I know. I have also bought other coins from dealers and did not have to pay sales tax ? According to two other dealers I spoke with; Ebay should not being charging tax ? Any advice will be appreciated.
